Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026. StudioDesk is operated by JP Pixel Studio, Tata Colony, Brahmapur, Odisha 760007, India (“we”). By creating an account you (“the studio”) agree to these terms.

The service

StudioDesk lets photo studios share photos with their customers for selection, show eAlbums and let event guests find their photos with a selfie. Features depend on the plan you choose.

Trial, plans and payment

• New studios get a 14-day free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to create new events and uploads.
• Plans are paid in advance for a month or a year through Razorpay or as agreed with us. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Plans do not renew automatically. If a plan ends, your customer links keep working for 7 days, then pause until you renew.
• Payments are not refundable, except where required by law or if we end the service for reasons not caused by you.

Your content and your customers

• You keep all rights to your photos and content. You give us permission to store, resize and show them only to provide the service to you and your customers.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos and for the personal data of your customers and guests. For that data you decide the purpose; we process it on your behalf.
• Keep your original files safe yourself. StudioDesk keeps web-size copies only and is not a backup service.
• Storage: on “StudioDesk storage” your files are kept in our Google Drive within your plan's space; on “your own Google Drive” they are kept in your Google account, and you can remove our access at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content you have no right to share, or use the service to send spam. We may pause accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. When an account is deleted, its events, albums, guest lists and files in StudioDesk storage are deleted (files go to the Drive trash for 30 days first).

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Brahmapur, Odisha have jurisdiction.
